Ridgepaw stalked a mouse half hidden behind a rock. He licked his lips in saticfacation, but before he had time to pounce the mouse scurried back under the rock. He sat up a little bewildered, the wind was blowing in the other direction and he didn't make a sound. Suddenly he caught a scent, the mouse wasn't hidding from him, it was a bager. The large beast crept out from behind a boulder and snarled. The sheer rock walls Ridgepaw used to trap the mouse from escape had now trpped him. The only way out or in was blocked by the badger.He flattened his ears and bent down low to the ground. He was ready to battle and let out a loud growl.

Shadepelt walked through the ferns leading to the caverns "RIGDEPAW!! Whats goin on!!" He didn't say anything else and attacked the badger.

Ridgepaw lunged at the badger's right shoulder and ripped his claws into it, tear the fur off.
The badger stood up on it's hind legs and shook both it's front legs trying to get Shadepelt and Ridgepaw off.

Shadepelt clawed at the badgers muzzle.

The badger howled in pain and threw Ridgepaw to the ground. It readied it's paw to strike Shadepelt.
Ridgepaw landed hard, but he recovered quickly. He pelted over and rammed himself into the badger's hind legs. It tumbled over and released Shadepelt.
"Toss it over the edge!" Ridgepaw cried and pointed to the edge of the Cavern where it dropped off steeply.

swiftclaw then jumped on it's back trying to distract it t o be pushed off. wildly clawing it's eyes it came to the edge.

Shadepelt crashed into the badger sending them both down "HELP!!!!!" Shadepelt yowled.

Swiftclaw claweed harder and harder up the rock till she came to a small ledge, she grabbed on and held out her tail "grab it quick" she told him.

Shadepelt grabbed on to her tail but he was slipping "Save yourself Swiftclaw" Shadepelt said.

Ridgepaw jumped down to the ledge next to the boulder Swiftclaw was clinging to. He dug his claws into the moss covering the edge and extended his neck to Shadepelt. "Swing over to me and I'll grab your scurf!" he meowed, desprately hoping this would work.

with the wieght off her tail and shadepelt safe she pulled herself up befor anything else could happen. "that was close"
